The Carré candles are a continuation of the La Musique collection, inspired by Henri Matisse's eponymous painting (1939).
Created by the Studio Maison Matisse, this set of 2 candles is declined in a range of 6 colors that come as close as possible to the palette of the work, allowing a coherence between the different pieces of the collection.
Entirely handmade by one of the last master candle makers in France, based in the South of France, Carré candles offer many advantages that industrial candles do not.
All dyes are custom-made from natural pigments. As for the fragrances, carefully selected by the master candle maker, they come from the city of Grasse, known as the world capital of perfume.
The black Carré candles have a unique santal scent, chosen by Maison Matisse.
