The Site makes it possible to order online from Henri Matisse SAS a selection of products of the "Maison Matisse" brand (hereinafter "Product(s)") via the internet.

Henri Matisse SAS reserves the right to update and modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to any purchase or Order is the one appearing online on the site www.maison-matisse.com at the time of the purchase or Order.

If a condition is found to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the procedures in force in the remote marketing sector whose companies have their registered office in France.

This warranty only applies if the Customer requests it within two (2) years from the discovery of the defect.
